Thank for allowing Fertility Specialists of Texas to partner with you to diagnose and treat infertility. We will provide a customized treatment plan for your patient and look forward to helping them conceive, then sending them back for obstetrical care. 

Below you’ll find all the resources you need to refer your patients. Upon receipt, we’ll contact the patient to schedule an appointment. We are accepting new patients at the Plano/Frisco, Dallas, Rockwall, Southlake and Lubbock locations.
