Meet Dr. Ali Guerami

Ali Guerami MD has been in practice for more than 30 years. Throughout his career in reproductive medicine, he has focused on providing his patients with the highest quality of fertility treatments. Ali Guerami MD works directly with patients throughout the entire diagnostic and treatment process. This starts at the primary consultation and continues through the procedures that help make parenthood a reality.

In his spare time, Dr. Guerami enjoys literature, writing, and all aspects of the arts, including music, painting, and theater.

He is fluent in both English and Farsi.

Education & Training

Dr. Ali Guerami has dual board certification as a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. He received his medical degree from Tehran University Medical Center. Then he completed his residency at Georgetown University Medical School and his fellowship training at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.

Dr. Guerami believes that it’s important to maintain his membership in several professional organizations. As a result, he’s a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI) and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG).

Over the last three decades, he has pursued training in the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices to ensure that he can offer unparalleled care. As a result, he’s been recognized as a Texas Super Doctor (as seen in Texas Monthly) and a doctor who helps his patients become parents.

When he isn’t busy treating patients, Dr. Guerami spends time researching. He has written many research papers for prestigious, peer-reviewed publications, including the Journal of Clinical Investigation and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. He also enjoys educating people about infertility, which is why he lectures throughout the Greater DFW area on a wide variety of infertility-related topics.
