Whether you’re preparing to grow your family now or preserving fertility for the future, this program provides expert-led care with bundled pricing and a transparent structure.

Information About the Military Fertility Discount

The military fertility discount helps make fertility treatment more affordable. Our Dallas-Fort Worth fertility center offers a 15% discount to patients who don’t have insurance coverage for fertility treatments.

The discount gives active duty military, active reserve duty, and veterans a 15% discount off self-pay prices for services. This helps minimize patients’ out-of-pocket expenses for infertility treatment. Discounts do not apply if the fees are paid to an outside facility or covered by insurance.

Bundled Pricing for IVF & Egg Freezing Services

At Fertility Specialists of Texas (FST), we offer simplified, transparent bundled pricing for IVF and egg freezing services. Each bundle includes the essential components of care specific to your selected treatment plan, helping reduce financial uncertainty and streamline your fertility journey.

Plan Options:

• IVF with Fresh Embryo Transfer
• IVF with Freeze-All
• Egg Freezing for Fertility Preservation

Each plan includes:

• In-cycle bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring performed at an FST location
• Egg retrieval
• IVF laboratory services, including standard embryology and andrology lab work
• Cryopreservation, when applicable

Note: Anesthesia services are not included and are billed separately.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Active-duty U.S. military personnel and their partners
• No existing insurance coverage for IVF treatment

We provide a 15% discount off the following plans outlined below:

IVF with Fresh Embryo Transfer:

• In-cycle bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring
• Egg retrieval
• IVF lab services including:
  • Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), if recommended
  • Assisted hatching
• Fresh embryo transfer
• Cryopreservation of any viable remaining embryos

IVF with Freeze-All:

• Same as above, excluding the fresh embryo transfer
• All embryos meeting lab criteria will be frozen for future use

Egg Freezing:

• In-cycle bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring
• Egg retrieval
• IVF lab services for egg cryopreservation

Not Included in Bundled Pricing:

• Anesthesia services
• Initial diagnostic evaluation and fertility screening
• Specialized procedures (e.g., sperm retrieval via TESA or MESA)
• Fertility medications (discounts may be available through preferred pharmacy partners)
• Genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-M)
• Pregnancy testing and medical care following transfer
• Treatment for miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy
• Storage Fees:
  Storage fees apply per freeze date and per specimen type.
  • For example, if Ms. Smith undergoes three separate IVF cycles, each cycle will have a distinct specimen freeze date, resulting in three separate storage entries.
  • If her partner also has frozen semen, that would result in a fourth distinct freeze date.

We Want to Help Our Heroes in Uniform

Fertility Specialists of Texas has strategically partnered with EMD Serono and supports two programs. Compassionate Care and Compassionate Corps that can help provide a substantial fertility medication discount for military families.

The Compassionate Care program makes fertility medication discounts available for all military families. In order to utilize this program, military families cannot have other insurance for fertility medications. Once the patient applies for the Compassionate Care Program, they receive an automatic discount of at least 25% off the self-pay price of EMD Serono medications. This discount could increase up to 75% depending on financial eligibility criteria.

Compassionate Corps is an extension of the EMD Serono’s Compassionate Care program and plugs the gap for retired veterans and their spouses who are dealing with infertility because of a service-related injury. Qualifying veterans and their spouses may receive free fertility medication through the program. This program covers fertility medications related to an IVF treatment for up to 2 treatments per year.

How to Apply

Our authorization coordinators can help you manage the application process. You will be required to complete a few forms, and your physician will also need to supply some medical information. If you apply for the Compassionate Corps program, you will also be required to have a copy of the DD-214 form if applicable.
