Availability
Our patients are each given an individual user name and password that allows them to communicate with our practice at any time day or night. While we encourage patients to use traditional forms of communication like calling and speaking with one of our nurses, we realize that it may be easier for you to communicate by email through our web portal. This means that if you choose, you are able to see your lab work immediately after it has been reviewed by the doctor. We realize that communication is important, especially while going through the process of fertility treatments and we want you to be involved with your care. We are committed to making world class fertility care easy accessible to our patients. How do we do this? We have two convenient locations, one in Dallas at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and our flagship location at Baylor Frisco in Collin County.

For example, for patients going thru IVF at our facility, we offer a Shared Risk Program that has proved successful in helping patients manage the risk associated with going thru an IVF cycle. If there is no pregnancy, then we refund 70% of our fee.
